Confirmed gift orders are processed and shipped ground via our shipping partners. To make costs easier to understand, the cost of shipping is included in the overall price of the gift.

Upon delivery, someone at least of the age 21 must be available to sign for the delivery. If no one of age is available at the time of delivery, the shipping carrier will refuse delivery. The carrier will not leave the package at their doorstep without a signature. In the event that this does happen, the carrier will alert us of this issue and our support team will try to coordinate with the gift recipient and have the delivery rescheduled to a more convenient time.

If the shipping carrier is unable to deliver the package because someone of age is not available to sign for it, the order will be canceled and sent back to Benolo.
