By default, all gift campaigns have a 30 day redemption period. You can adjust the redemption period to be longer depending on your needs. This expiration window cannot be changed once your gift campaign has been submitted and processed by Benolo.

Once the gift redemption period expires, all unclaimed gifts will be marked as such. If the gift recipient clicks on their gift redemption link, they will be notified that the gift link has expired. The credits will be issued back to your "funding source" so you can use it towards other gifts.

Example: If your campaign costs were 3000 credits but 500 credits remains in unclaimed gifts, then 500 credits will be refunded back to the originating funding source.
