In this current world, you may be working from a remote location that is not your home. Because of that, our system will ask you for your most up to date address where you can receive the gift. This information is not shared with the gift sender.

Because we are shipping wine, someone at least of the age 21 must be available to sign for the delivery. If no one of age is available at the time of delivery, the shipping carrier will refuse delivery. The carrier will not leave the package at your doorstep without a signature. In the event that this does happen, the carrier will alert us of this issue. Our support team will update the sender of the issue and our team will work on resolving the issue with you.
