We are sorry that your gift arrived damaged or broken.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible:

  1. Take photos of the package and the broken item.

  2. Submit a ticket to [email protected] with your order number from gift confirmation email along with the photos.

Once we get your ticket, we will work with you and the sender to resolve the issue.
