We understand that there may be instances where you need to send a gift to a single recipient on an ad-hoc basis. That's why we've created a new tool that lets you easily send personalized gifts to individuals, one at a time.
Start by clicking on “Send Quick Gift” on the side navigation bar.
Step 1: Gift and Recipient Info
Gift Tier: Pick a gift tier that you would like to send to the recipient.
Expire Gift: To enure your gift invitations do not sit unused, please pick an period. The default period is 30 days. (if your gift goes unclaimed or is declined, you will be credited back to your Benolo account. You may spend that credit towards another gift).
Recipient Email, First Name, Last name - Enter their information in the respective fields.
Personal Note: This is where you can enter a personal note that will be included in the gift email.
When ready, you can move to the next step.
Step 2: Email Preview
Here is a preview of the gift email that your gift recipient will receive. If you need to make any changes, click BACK and make your changes as needed with your personal note.

Step 3: Review order and payment
Here you can see a summary of your gift order (gift tier, recipient information, personal note) and the total price for the gift.
You have the option of paying via credit card or with your bank account. Once you make your choice, click on the “Pay via Stripe” and you’ll be directed to our payment page.
To ensure the security of your transactions, we use Stripe for all payment processing.
Gift Recipient Notification Email
Once payment has been processed, our system will automatically send the gift notification email to your gift recipient.
Our system will automatically resend this email once a week until they redeem the gift or gift invitation expires.
